You can enjoy excellent food and drink at Nutheim. We have been preparing meals for travelers and guests for over 140 years, so our experience in the kitchen speaks for itself.
LOCAL FOOD
We are proud to work with many local, long-term suppliers and use ingredients based on what is available each season. Many of our recipes have been passed down from mother to daughter over generations. We serve traditional dishes with a French twist—everything made from scratch. All our cakes and bread are baked in-house.

Our kitchen is open daily in the summer season. and for hotel guests throughout the year.
